Instructions for Existing decorativefilm.com Users

  1. Visit the Website
    Click here to access our new Professionals-Only Website.

  2. First-Time Login
    For existing decorativefilm.com account holders: When you arrive, a pop-up will appear. Select “First Time Log-in, Click Here.” If you have never shopped with us online, please see the instructions below.

  3. Enter Your Credentials
    You will be temporarily redirected to decorativefilm.com to verify your login information. Enter your current login credentials and select the login button.

  4. Allow Access to Your Account. Click Approve to allow access to your current account.

  5. Update Your Credentials.
    Enter your existing username or a new username, enter your existing password or a new password, and click "Log in" to verify.

  6. Access the New Website
    Once your credentials are verified, you'll be automatically logged in and returned to the Professionals-Only Website.

  7. Review Your Information.
    Your previous order history will still be available.

2. Create A New Account

On the next screen, toggle to the "New Account" tab to enter your new account login credentials, then select "Sign Up" to submit.

*Please note- if you have an existing account on decorativefilm.com, go back to the Sign In screen and select "First Time Login" to register your existing account.

3. Check Your Email For Confirmation

A member of our support team will review your new wholesale account request. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
